Bypillow Amari - Bilbao

Bypilllow Amari is perfectly situated just a 10-minute walk from the Guggenheim, with a vibrant local dining scene nearby. The room was spacious, with a massive bed, premium bedding, and modern amenities including a rainfall shower, pure bliss after exploring the city! Accommodating our requests promptly and providing a great city map to navigate Bilbao effortlessly.

There was some noise from the surrounding area.

Good sized, pleasantly decorated room available with newspapers and free coffee machine, as example. Great meals with hot drinks: )

I loved my huge room with great natural light and an enormous bed, made relaxation easy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The location was a major win. Just a 10-minute walk to the Guggenheim and perfect access to local dining options!

The complimentary Nespresso station in the sitting area was a good touch after a day of exploring.

We noticed that the water pressure in our room fluctuated during peak hours, somewhat inconvenient.

The hotel property was unusual with secure location not far from the airport bus stop & a short walk to the Guggenheim, everything-Old Town, City, Museums and Casco Viejo-the old town- and Mercado de la Ribera- great place for tapas lunch-.

I had breakfast in the bar and everything was fabulous! The room with air conditioning.

Despite the good location, the soundproofing was an issue. I could hear my neighbors very clearly, which led to a restless night. The bathroom was also a letdown. The shower had a half-door which caused significant water splashing outside.

The 'upgrade' I received was a joke, no one would have believed I was the only guest, with noise from guests flooding everywhere. And is it so much to ask for a complimentary bottle of water? My stay woudlve been perfect if not for these trifling matters but I just couldn't overlook them.

The room was cozy and clean, with a fridge that came in handy for late-night snacks. I loved lounging in the common area with comfy chairs and complimentary coffee to sip on. Just a heads-up, the shower could use a bit of attention since it splashed water onto the floor a bit. 😊

If you're a culinary explorer, Bypillow is ideally situated near some must-try spots! Just a short stroll away, the oysters at Odoloste will, too. The spacious room with a big window and comfy bed added to the experience.

The staff were pretty good too help us with our luggage and even provided us with a great city map.

In my wife's opinion, the shower could be improved for families with kids.
